Q: When should we submit our papers?

A: Authors can submit the manuscripts at anytime via email jour.hien@gmail.com. It will be published in forthcoming issue, if accepted.

A: If your paper is selected, download the Copyright Form from Downloads menu, fill it and send to jour.hien@gmail.com

Q: How do I submit my paper?

A: Submit your manuscript electronically through email. To submit a manuscript electronically you need to convert your files to MS-Word format (.doc or docx extension).

Q: When will I receive an acknowledgment email for my submission?

A: Paper submissions are normally acknowledged within 2-3 days. In case the author do not receive any acknowledgment for a submitted paper, an email can be sent to jour.hien@gmail.comg

Q: How many authors are allowed per paper? Is there a maximum limit for the number of authors?

A: Yes. At present, maximum of FIVE authors are allowed per paper.

Q:What is the frequence of publication?

A:We publish 4 Archives per year on the months of January, April, August and December.

Q:How many papers I can submit for the same issue?

A:Only two accepted papers of the same author will be published in the same issue.

Q:Are HSE published articles available for free?

A:Yes, all the papers published by HSE are available for download for free as it is an Open Access journal.

Q: My paper has been published, but I cannot find it on the Web.

A: All published papers are normally indexed within 2-3 weeks from the date of publication and thereafter should normally be visible on the Web within 6-7 days.

Q: How much do I have to pay for Publication Fee?

A: HSE Publication Fee for Accepted Papers:

              For Indian Authors: INR 2,500/-

              For Foreign Authors: USD 75/-

Q: How to deposit publication fees?

A: If your paper is accepted for publication, you can choose one of the following options:

Option-1: You can do the direct deposit in any of the bank which is having online transfer facility and send the scanned copy of pay slip.

Option-2: You can do the online NEFT transfer by using IFSC code and send the transaction ID. We recommend this option, which is easy, fast and convenient at any time.

Option-3: You can do the online Wire transfer (also called as SWIFT transfer) by using SWIFT code and send the transaction ID. This is generally used by International authors.

Q: How to join the Reviewers Committee?
